Mental Health : Internal Wealth
I'm a big advocate of mental health. Everyone should be.
The good news is that the stigma on mental health is changing. But for the cause to remain progressive we need to constantly bring awareness towards it. Not just today, but every day!
Being someone who has struggled with mental health in the past, I know that having people you can turn to is crucial. I also believe that having daily practices available is beneficial.
Negative thoughts are detrimental. When that voice in your head becomes repetitive, you start to believe what it's saying. It's almost like classical conditioning.
BUT... that voice is not you, and that voice is not true!
For those of you that struggle, YOU ARE NOT ALONE. For those that find themselves in clarity, let it be known that your door is wide open.
Remember, we all have negative thoughts but the degree of those thoughts differ for everyone. So remain compassionate!
