Journey to the Top
Steps can be alarming!
The long and laborious journey to the top, wear and tear on the body, the amount of mental fortitude needed in order to complete the journey, and a possibility of many more obstacles standing between you and your goals.
This can be applied to physical steps taken, as well as transitional steps.
Hopefully you, unlike me, don't get caught up in these obstacles. If you do though, here are a few tips...
1). Enjoy the process. It's easy to miss your small wins when all you're focused on is the end result. Small wins accumulate into an energy that can help propel you to the top.
2). Take a rest when needed. Rest is underrated. How can you move forward if you haven't recouped? Pretty sure Thomas the Engine took many breaks before finishing his journey.
3). Be inspired by all the people who came before you. Everyone has a different journey. Look at the obstacles others have overcome to show you that you too can do it.
4). Take no shit!
