Consistency is Key

One of the things people don't inform you about is the fall after scaling to the top.

You put time and effort into evolving into a better version of yourself, unaware that when you reach your goal and plateau (because you will), there's chance of a rapid decline shortly afterwards, resulting in an old but rather familiar cycle.

One thing that can deter this from happening is finding consistency in your daily practices. Whether that's meditating, reading, exercising, etc..

Every journey you take is bound to have speed bumps. It's imperative that you find ways to maintain your positive level of balance.

I'm currently in a place far from where I was in this picture. I intend to climb back up and remain where I'm meant to be.
