The chartreuse green was putrid. It engrossed everything. It was as If a baby regurgitated its breakfast avocado on the walls. An energy circulated the room that could be described as somber, but lively.

Happiness had been stripped from everyone’s faces, but their conversations stayed strong. Everyone connected but so disconnected. What could be wrong?

The plants that lay still practiced life better than we did. Relying solely on the basics of life for self-preservation. Water and light.

Do you find it strange that people come together just to be alone? We long for connection so we go where other people are, but we avoid that connection we long for by staying connected to our devices.
